株式会社ダイセル様への紺綬褒章伝達式を執り行いました_大赢家棋牌

<![CDATA[<p> この度、熊本大学基金へ多大なご寄附を賜りました株式会社ダイセル様に対し、紺綬褒章<span>(※)</span>が授与されました。これに伴い、令和７年<span>10</span>月<span>31</span>日、株式会社ダイセル イノベーション?パーク（兵庫県姫路市）において、紺綬褒章伝達式を執り行いました。<br/> 伝達式では、本学の小川学長より株式会社ダイセル 小河取締役会長へ章記が伝達され、本学への温かいご支援に対し、心からの感謝の意が表されました。<br/> また、このご寄附を原資として創設された「ダイセル基金修学支援奨学金」を受給する大学院自然科学教育部の私費外国人留学生からは、感謝のビデオメッセージが贈られました。</p>

<![CDATA[<p>令和<span>7</span>年<span>10</span>月<span>24</span>日、モンタナ大学モーリーン＆マイク?マンスフィールドセンター所長のディーナ?マンソー氏が熊本大学を表敬訪問し、小川久雄学長と会談を行いました。会談には、大谷順理事?副学長が同席しました。</p>
<p>マンソー所長にとって今回が初めての熊本大学訪問となり、小川学長との対面、そして大谷理事?副学長との再会を心から喜ばれました。会談は終始和やかな雰囲気の中で進められ、モンタナ大学と熊本大学は、モーリーン＆マイク?マンスフィールド財団に関する施設を有する、世界に２つの大学として、学生交流をはじめとした多方面での連携を今後さらに深めていきたいとの意向が示されました。</p>
<p>これに対し、小川学長は、モーリーン＆マイク?マンスフィールド財団との連携講義の成果を振り返りながら、これまでの協力関係に対する謝意を述べるとともに、今後のさらなる発展に期待を寄せました。</p>
<p>会談後は、ランダー?シムズ学長特別補佐、横塚志乃准教授、高島和希卓越教授と、今年度の連携講義や学生交流に関する意見交換を実施しました。特に、留学だけでなくインターンシップなどの新たな形での交流の可能性についても活発な議論が交わされ、有意義な機会となりました。</p>
<p>その後、一行は熊本大学内の「マンスフィールド財団 熊本大学リエゾンオフィス」を視察し、今後の具体的な協力のあり方について意見を交わしました。</p>

物価高騰の中での今後の教育研究環境整備の在り方、 収支改善への協力に関する意見交換会の実施について_大赢家棋牌

<![CDATA[<p> 本学では、半導体関連産業をはじめとした地域?社会の変化、予測を超える少子化の進行など、昨今の大学を取り巻く社会環境の変化に対応するため、新たな人材養成需要や進学希望に応じた課程?学環?専攻の設置など、教育研究活動の機能強化に関し、積極的に新たな投資を行ってきています。また、そのための自己財源確保や経費節減等の大学財務の改革にも取り組んできており、地域中核研究大学として認知されるなど、大きく変わりつつある地域の中で、全国からも注目を集める国立大学の一つとなっています。</p>
<p> 他方で、昨今の物価高騰は、これまでの節減努力等を超えており、業務経費の増加の中で質を切り下げずに教育研究?サービスを継続していくために、施設設備の修繕費用など将来の学生のための資源をも切り崩して対応している状況もあります。</p>
<p> このような中で、大学が前向きに発展を続けていくため、本学執行部としては、これまで以上の業務効率化を図ることは当然として、皆様方から寄附等のご協力をお願いできないかと考えております。</p>
<p> このたび、その協力のお願いにあたり、今後の本学の施設設備やシステムの更新など、今後の教育研究環境整備の在り方について、本学の今後の財務見通しを含めて、皆様と意見交換の機会を持ちたいと考えています。</p>

<p> In response to the rapid social changes surrounding universities, including transformations in regional and industrial structures such as the semiconductor-related industries, our university has been proactively making new investments to strengthen educational and research activities. These efforts include the establishment of new undergraduate programs and schools and graduate courses to meet emerging needs for human resource development and students’ aspirations for higher education. At the same time, the university has pursued financial reforms such as securing self-generated revenue and reducing expenses. Through these initiatives, we have been recognized as a “Core Research University in the Region”, and have become one of the national universities attracting significant attention nationwide as our region continues to evolve.</p>
<p> However, the recent surge in prices has gone far beyond what can be absorbed through conventional cost-saving efforts. To maintain the quality of education, research, and services despite rising operational costs, we have, in some cases, been compelled to draw upon resources originally reserved for future students, such as funds for facility repairs and renewal.</p>
<p> In this context, to ensure the university's continued positive development, the university administration recognizes the need not only to further enhance operational efficiency, but also to seek broader cooperation from the university community, including through donations and other forms of support.</p>
<p> In making this request for cooperation, we would like to take this opportunity to discuss with you regarding the future direction of our educational and research environment, including updates to facilities, equipment, and systems, together with an overview of the university’s financial outlook.</p>
<p> Our university remains firmly committed to contributing to both local and international</p>

<![CDATA[<p>令和７年<span>10</span>月<span>23</span>日、熊本大学黒髪北キャンパスのくすの木会館で、<strong>熊本大学</strong>と<strong>ブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学</strong>（フランス）との大学間交流協定調印式が行われました。この式典には、ブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学から、<strong>ヴァンソン?トマ学長</strong>と<strong>グレゴリー?ウェグマン副学長</strong>ほか代表者が出席し、さらにディジョン?メトロポール（ブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学が位置する地域）からは、ディジョン市副市長兼ディジョン?メトロポール議員の<strong>ドニ?アモ氏</strong>と<strong>リディ?ファンダー<span>-</span>メニー氏</strong>をはじめ、ディジョン?メトロポールの代表者が参加しました。熊本大学からは、<strong>小川久雄学長</strong>、<strong>大谷順理事?副学長</strong>、および<span>3</span>名の教員が出席しました。</p>

<p>調印式では、まず小川学長、トマ学長、アモ副市長による挨拶があり、その後、熊本大学<strong>人文社会科学研究部</strong>の<strong>ミシェル?サガズ教授</strong>がフランス語で熊本大学の概要および協定締結の経緯を紹介しました。協定書への署名は、和やかで友好的な雰囲気の中で行われ、これを契機に両大学の学術関係が一層強化されることが確認されました。</p>
<p>式典後、ブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学およびディジョン?メトロポールの代表団は、熊本大学の歴史と文化を深く知るために、<strong>五高記念館</strong>を見学しました。<span>?</span></p>
<p>熊本県が<span>2023</span>年<span>10</span>月にディジョン?メトロポールと国際交流促進に関する覚書（<span>MOU</span>）を締結したことをきっかけに、両地域の交流が進んでおり、この覚書締結から<span>2</span>年を記念して、<span>2025</span>年<span>10</span>月<span>22</span>日（水）から<span>10</span>月<span>28</span>日（火）にかけて、熊本県で「ディジョン?ブルゴーニュウィーク」が開催され、熊本大学もバンド?デシネ（フランス語圏の漫画）に関する展示と講演会を行いました。これらの一連のイベントにより、熊本大学とブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学の学術交流が更に深まり、併せて熊本とディジョン?メトロポールの文化的な絆も強化されることが期待されています。</p>

<![CDATA[<p><span>2025</span>年<span>10</span>月<span>22</span>日、熊本大学は台湾の長榮大学理事長ら一行を迎えました。今回の訪問では、長榮大学から陳信良 理事長ほか８名が来訪しました。本学からは小川久雄学長、水元豊文理事?副学長、伊藤正彦大学院人文社会科学研究部長、山口智哉共創学環准教授が出席し、長榮大学一行と会談を行いました。</p>

<p>会談では、これまでの両大学の友好関係を再確認するとともに、今後の学生交流や教員交流の可能性などについて活発な意見交換が行われました。特に、長榮大学側からは医学分野での交流についても関心が示されました。また、本学からは来年度に新設される共創学環について紹介し、新しい交流プログラムついても意見を交わしました。</p>

<p>一行は国指定重要文化財である五高記念館を見学した後、本学に留学中の長榮大学出身の学生<span>2</span>名と対面し、熊本大学における充実した留学生活について熱心に耳を傾けました。留学生たちは母校からの訪問を受け、大いに激励されました。</p>

<p>今回の長榮大学理事長一行による表敬訪問は、両大学間の学術?学生交流をさらに深め、今後の連携強化に向けた新たな可能性を広げる、非常に有意義な機会となりました。</p>

<![CDATA[<p>令和10月27日および28日の両日、德川宗家の第19代当主、德川家広さんが本学を訪問されました。</p>
<p>27日には小川学長をはじめとする本学関係者と懇談?意見交換を行い、翌28日には、五高記念館を見学された後、文学部の学生を対象に「日本史の流れから解き明かす熊本の役割と地域の大学の意義」というテーマで講義を行っていただきました。</p>
<p>学生たちは熱心に耳を傾け、質疑応答の時間には、学生から質問が寄せられ、終始和やかで知的刺激に満ちた雰囲気に包まれていました。</p>

令和6年度「全国学生調査（第4回試行実施）」において、複数の学部?学科が上位15%に選出され、ポジティブリストに掲載（大学全体で10項目がランクイン）_大赢家棋牌

<![CDATA[<p> 文部科学省が9月30日に公表した令和6年度「全国学生調査（第4回試行実施）」において、本学は複数の学部?学科が上位15%以内に選出され、ポジティブリストに掲載されました。ポジティブリストとは質問項目別に肯定的な回答割合が高かった学部?学科を上位順に一覧化したものです。なお、基準に合致した学部?学科が集計の対象となっています。</p>
<p> 「人文分野」においては文学部が質問24項目のうち6項目について、「社会分野」においては法学部が同1項目について、「理学?工学、農学分野」においては理学部が同1項目について、 「医学、歯学、薬学、保健分野」においては医学部保健学科ならびに薬学部薬学科が同1項目について、上位15％以内にランクインしました。</p>
<p> 本学では、今後も引き続き、学修者本位の教育と教育の質向上に取り組んでまいります。</p>

<p> 「学修者本位の教育への転換」を目指す取組の一環として、全国共通の質問項目により、学生目線から大学教育や学びの実態を把握し、大学の教育改善や国の政策立案などに活用することを目的として、文部科学省が国立教育政策研究所と共同で実施する調査で、令和元年度（2019年度）に第1回が実施されました。第4回試行となる今回は、令和6年10月～令和7年3月に全国の540大学に在籍する学部2年生（約49万人）および4年生等（約51万人）、ならびに短期大学132校に在籍する2年生以上（約1.8万人）を対象として実施され、13 万人を超える学生が回答しました。</p>

GAPPSにおける胃癌発生に関わる遺伝子変異の解明_大赢家棋牌

<p><strong>（概要説明）</strong></p>
<p>熊本大学大学院生命科学研究部消化器外科学 岩槻政晃教授、松本千尋医員、九州大学別府病院外科 三森功士教授、東京大学医科学研究所附属ヒトゲノム解析センターゲノム医科学分野 柴田龍弘教授、新井田厚司講師、高橋数冴助教らの研究グループは、<span>Gastric adenocarcinoma and proximal polyposis of the stomach</span>（<span>GAPPS</span>）と呼ばれる遺伝性胃癌について、<span>RNA</span>シークエンス<sup>*1</sup>および全エクソームシークエンス（<span>WES</span>）<sup>*2</sup>を用い、<span>GAPPS</span>の発癌に関与する遺伝子変異を明らかにしました。</p>
<p>GAPPSの原因遺伝子として、<span>APC</span>のプロモーター<sup>*3</sup>領域の生殖細胞変異<sup>*4</sup>は既に報告されていましたが、ポリープから癌へと進展する過程でどのような遺伝子変異がどのように蓄積していくのかは、これまで明らかではありませんでした。</p>
<p>今回の共同研究により、<span>GAPPS</span>のポリープには癌抑制遺伝子<span>APC</span>の体細胞変異<sup>*5</sup>が認められ、さらに癌では<span>APC</span>変異に加えて癌遺伝子<span>KRAS</span>の体細胞変異が蓄積していることを世界で初めて明らかにしました。これらの知見は、基礎的には胃癌の発症機序の理解を深める上で有用であり、臨床的には常に発癌リスクを抱える<span>GAPPS</span>家系において、癌の早期発見および治療介入の実現につながる可能性が期待されます。</p>
<p>本研究成果は<span>2025</span>年<span>10</span>月<span>28</span>日に科学雑誌「<span>Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences</span>（<span>PNAS</span>）」に掲載されました。</p>

<p><strong>（説明）</strong></p>
<p>［背景］</p>
<p>Gastric adenocarcinoma and proximal polyposis of the stomach（<span>GAPPS</span>）は、胃体部から胃底部に限局して多数の胃底腺ポリープ（<span>Fundic gland polyps</span>：<span>FGP</span>）を形成し、そこから発癌を来す遺伝性腫瘍症候群です。<span>2012</span>年に初めて報告されて以降、欧米および日本からの報告が増加しています。<span>2016</span>年には、<span>APC</span>プロモーター<span>1B</span>領域の点変異が原因遺伝子変異として同定されましたが、正常胃粘膜からポリープ、さらには癌への進展における遺伝子変異の獲得や経路活性化の詳細は未解明であり、その発癌メカニズムは不明でした。熊本大学消化器外科では<span>2015</span>年に<span>1</span>例目を経験し、これまでに<span>6</span>家系<span>11</span>例の治療経験を有しています（図<span>1</span>）。これらの貴重な臨床サンプルをすべて保存し、網羅的な遺伝子解析を行いました。</p>

<p>［研究の内容］</p>
<p>本研究は、<span>GAPPS</span>における腫瘍進展過程に関わる遺伝子変異と発現変化を明らかにすることを目的として実施しました。熊本大学病院で診断された<span>GAPPS</span>患者<span>7</span>例（<span>3</span>家系）から、正常胃粘膜?ポリープ?癌の計<span>54</span>検体を取得し、全エクソームシークエンス（<span>WES</span>）および<span>RNA</span>シークエンスを行い、<span>GAPPS</span>の発癌に関与する遺伝子変異および発現の変化を解析しました。</p>

<p>［成果］</p>
<p>WESによる変異解析の結果、ポリープの<span>53.8</span>％、癌の<span>78.6</span>％に<span>APC</span>の体細胞変異が認められました（図<span>2</span>）。さらに、癌には特異的に<span>KRAS</span>変異が起きていることが明らかとなりました。これらの<span>APC</span>および<span>KRAS</span>の変異は、症例間のみならず同一症例内の異なる癌にも認められ、<span>GAPPS</span>の発癌に関与している可能性が示唆されました（図<span>3</span>）。また、<span>RNA</span>による発現解析の結果、<span>KRAS</span>関連シグナルの有意な活性化が癌において特異的に認められ、一般的な胃癌との比較でも、<span>KRAS</span>関連経路が<span>GAPPS</span>の癌に特異的な活性経路であることが確認されました（図<span>4</span>）。</p>

<p>本研究は、疾患概念が普及し、症例が増えている<span>GAPPS</span>の発癌過程における<span>APC</span>および<span>KRAS</span>の共変異の意義を明らかにし、<span>KRAS</span>変異が有望なバイオマーカーとなる可能性を示しました。この成果は、<span>ctDNA</span><sup>*6</sup>を用いた早期診断や、治療方針への応用が期待されます。</p>

<p> 学生目線での情報発信やイベントなどキャンパスミュージアムの広報活動を行っている学生アンバサダーが、五高記念館で「マント体験会」を開催いたします。<br/>「第十四回紫熊祭」にて、来場者の方に、学生服にマントと学生帽を着用していただき、五高生気分で館内を見学していただくイベントです。毎年多くの方に参加していただいています。<br/>今年は、学内文化スポットまわるスタンプラリーも行います。３つスタンプを集めるとオリジナルの手ぬぐいをプレゼントいたします。<br/>みなさまのお越しをお待ちしております。</p>

<![CDATA[<p><span>熊本大学はニューコ?ワン株式会社※との共同企画で、熊大まちなかキャンパスベントフランス バンド?デシネ展～芸術大国のマンガたち～ イベント 「海外マンガ翻訳出版奮闘記」を、10月25日(土)に開催しました。本イベントは本学とUniversite Bourgogne Europe（以下ブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学）との連携協定を記念して開催するイベントです。</span></p>
<p><span>当日は、熊本大学文学部附属国際マンガ教育研究センターの池川 佳宏准教授とバンド?デシネの翻訳もされている翻訳家の原 正人先生をお呼びして、海外マンガの翻訳や出版の現場について対談形式でお話しいただきました。</span><span>その後、ブルゴーニュ?ヨーロッパ大学よりいただいたブルゴーニュワインの試飲会も行い、参加者のみなさまから大変好評でした。定員を超える多くの方にご参加いただき、当日はマンガに関する質問も多数飛び交い、イベントは大盛況のうちに終わりました。</span></p>
<p><span>なお、好評のため展示期間の延長が決定し、パネル展示を当初の予定から11月4日(火)まで実施することになりましたので、ぜひお越しいただき、ご覧下さい！</span></p>
